Refunds & Returns

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving a faulty item to request a full refund. After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at celticdragoncrystals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised or custom-made items.
